We distinguish ourselves from the brokerage community in that we do NOT provide lenders and investors with canned offering materials, aka the “broker package.” Rather, we invest the necessary time to understand each transaction and develop our presentation materials and business plan into core concepts upon which lenders and investors focus. Each project is fully underwritten from the ground up. Detailed financial analyses are custom-designed for each transaction and no assumption, large or small, is ever passed along to either our clients or the capital markets community without first being vetted by our underwriting team. We pride ourselves on the fact that our network of lenders and investors are familiar with, and can rely on, the integrity of our services and products.
